Well, the subject should be self-explanatory. But i need help in creating a Firefox account. Keep in mind that I am not eligible for Google Play because I use a PC.

Are you talking about a normal user account on Mozilla.org or a sync account?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error messages?

You have a Firefox Account now as you need one in order to post on support.mozilla.org

You can have a Firefox account whether you have only one or multiple devices. Also the Sync is optional.
