firstly you should open firefox browser then follow the steps are given below:

Clear all cookies, site data and cache

  • Click the ≡ menu button. and select Options. Preferences.
  • Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  • Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear. ...
  • Click Clear.

GOTO SAFE MODE:

  • Click the ≡ menu button. and select new private window
  • email use easily

This is where you can learn about IMAP and POP3, a mail client like Thunderbird can store all your mail locally, so if the server goes offline, you can still read your mail, you just wont receive new messages until it comes back up.
