Have your friend add you to his address book.

After every email address displayed in the message's "Header" section, in TB, there is a tiny star ... have your friend click on that tiny star, on one of your emails that he finds in the spam folder, until it turns blue. This adds that address to his address book.

See the "Before and After" screenshots, below, so your Friend knows where to look for those tiny stars ... The Screenshot on the left has the clear white stars of unknown senders. The Screenshot on the right shows the same header on the same email message AFTER I clicked on those stars - they have turned blue now.

This should tell TB on your friends computer that he WANTS to Keep these messages.

Does any one else get your emails in their Spam folder? Or just that one friend?

If the recipient's mail provider is filtering your messages as spam or junk, they may have to whitelist your address on their mail provider's webmail site, so it's marked as safe before being downloaded in their email program. Note that TB uses the term 'junk' and the Junk folder; 'spam' or 'bulk mail' are terms applied by mail providers
