Preface, this is a new account just so I could post this question.

I had to do a clean install of Windows. Naturally, I had to reinstall Firefox. I also reinstalled the Authy 2FA app for desktop. Of course it needs a new key.

I was still logged in on my phone, but I have tried a password reset. I am trying to get into that accounts Management page so I can either generate a new key for Authy or turn off 2FA so I can sign my desktop browser in. When I try to log in through my phone though, it brings up a page that says it is sending a confirmation sign in email to the address associated with that account. It has been well over an hour and many, many tries, and no confirmation e-mail.

It is a gmail account, and the password reset emails came through just fine and quickly.

Anybody know what is going on?
