Hello,

All of the sudden, this morning, when I click a tab I have left open for more than maybe 20 seconds. when I re-click the tab it auto-refreshes the page.

I have atried to disable it using an add-on and in config blockautorefresh and neither work>

I will need to switch browsers until this is resolved :(

Try to enter about:config in the URL bar, search for browser.tabs.unloadOnLowMemory and switch it to false.

Firefox will detect if your computer’s memory is running low, which is defined as lower than 400MB, and suspend unused tabs that you haven’t used or looked at in a while.
