When I bring up my credit card account I get the sign in screen. After I put in the information it switches to the webpage and says "welcome" however the screen is blank.

I also have the same problem signing into Google maps. IWhen I go to Google.com I get a blank screen. All other websites and links work fine.

This is a new problem as I've been going to these websites for years. Nothing changed that I am aware of.

Thanks for the help.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

Thanks. I tried your suggestions, unfortunately it doesn't work.

I go to: https://www.capitalone.com/

Then I go to sign in and this window comes up blank: https://myaccounts.capitalone.com/#/welcome

Usually the welcome screen has my account information Now it's just a blank page.

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
