I did a Firefox refresh but have lost my bookmarks, adblocker etc? How do I get these back on my iMac? In very simple terms (step by step) I am not pc savey

Hello, open Firefox and go to about:profiles, then click on the Open Folder button, you will see your profile opened in a new Finder window. On the desktop there should be a Folder called 'Old Firefox Data' open it, and copy all the files from there, into the current/new profile. Then restart Firefox. If this solved your problem, mark as solution.
