Since 04/01 to 04/22, I have had to "refresh" Mozilla 11 times. Why so often?

It seems that every other day I have to refresh Mozilla due to slowness and even crashing. As far I know I haven't added any add-ons or plug-ins or whatever. What is up with that????

"Refresh" isn't a magic fix, and with needing to do a refresh that often you need to look into the actual cause of your problems.

First step would be the Firefox SafeMode with a bit of troubleshooting Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

Then provide us with some Crash Report ID's so we can view your Crash Reports; follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
