I never filled out a sign in with id and password. I can't sign in.

It tells me to sign in. I couldn't because Charter had us to make new passwords and they assigned new sign ins. My Facebook account and games are associated with the old sign in. What can I do to clear this up?

What tells you to sign in? How is that related to the new password or username with Charter?
