I have tried several times these - you all think we are genius -like yourself - but you people always forget one step or two -and that makes this not work - so if you can not get a hold of me - send me a step by step video on how to do it - I am one of those people that likes to see what to do.

Hi Hertaams,

I assume that you're talking about signing in here, on this support forum  ?

If you did have a previous (different) display name : that doesn't matter.

What is the question you wanted to post  ? (still assuming that's why you signed in)

I looked at youtube - and still does not say anything about - how to sign in or if you forgot your sign-in sign and or password - so don't be too blinded by your knowledge - At 93 - I am still able to use the internet - I have no problem using aol - but my daughter wants me to try others - as aol is getting bad - My questions is - a long time ago -i enrolled in Mozilla and I don't remember what my sign in - and password - so I signed in with a new name and password - is there a way to retrieve my old name and password or just use the new one. Get off your high horse

We don't have the ability to search for an old account in this forum without something to search for; like an old username or the email address that you used when your created an older account here. If you tried to use the same email address for your new / current registration AND you used that email address in the past, this forum wouldn't have allowed you to create a new account using the same email address as another account,

What's the problem with continuing to use the login account that you are using now?

If you have a Firefox support question just ask and we'll help you the best that we can.
