I click on the Firefox Link, and it doesn't open. Have to go to Troubleshoot Capatibilty and then it opens.
It started doing this today after my Norton Security was updated.
My computer was restarted by Norton, and the Mozilla Firefox Windows that I had opened before were restored my Mozilla Firefox.

I think its more likely caused by Norton. Let them know this issue
I tried to create an account as required, BUT it keeps doing weird things and won't accept my User Name, Password, and E-Mail address.
You can also try alternate suport method
I went there, and the guy who picked up directed me to the XFINITY web page which has a Link to download the program that I have that was updated today.
I tried to reconnect with him, but I couldn't make contact.
