PopUp for Send a link inemail

The new Pop Up in Firefox that asks me to choose how to open the link I want tosend to share with a relative, or a friend is driving me crazy. I'm 82 years old, I'm legally blind now and this new POP UP has to be disabled or eliminated somehow. I've searched instructions on YouTube and triedd under Privacy & Security, Permissions and disabled PopUps BUT The new Pop Up in Firefox is till functioning. Please may I give you permissiontoremove it in my account!!!! Please could you do thatforme because I'vetried every suggesion ad I can'tseemto disableit or removeit.
