I am trying to create a gmail account without a smartphone. If i use your private oringognito internet window i can by pass the verification code that takes a smart phone.

I am having terrible problems with my Outlook email account and want to create a gmail account. After I create my User name and password I am asked to verify a QR Code. One must have a Smart phone to verify it and I only have a plip phone which does not work. I was told that if I went to your browser and opened a private or incognito internet window and went to the google Account sign in page I could skip the verification code and continue with creating the gmail account. Can you help me?.
