Well if it's for your current system, basically you shouldn't (the performance will be worse).
If you need that for any legacy platform, you can help yourself at www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-release/
I am having a problem with Firefox freezing a lot on one of my 2 computers the one that don't freeze is 32 bit Firefox the one that does is 64 bit Firefox. Just want to try it and see. Both are running Win 11 Pro.
That's definitely concerning, and interesting observation.
In case the smaller installer detects 64bit and installs 64bit again, this is where to get the full blown one:
(you probably want the Firefox Setup 153.0.exe or .msi if you prefer, these both larger files are the full ones that won't do platform checking…)
If that improves the stability please do report back, as that's definitely something to look into. Thanks!
The http://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-release/ should serve the full 64-bit and 32-bit offline setups for Windows and not the small online stub installer (for Windows) though like you would get on say https://www.firefox.com/

Thanks for the help, been using Firefox for years, I think since the 80's. I'm 80 now as well. Will let you guys know what happens.
