Please I need to uninstall properly an old duplicate of fire fox

I have this one last folder at C:\Users\phyzx\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\Deleted\NewProfiles\y07vkr9w.default-release-1658950036686\storage\default\https+++vitalenergynutrition.bemergroup.com. Its empty and I cannot delete it. The delete message says its unavailable. I believe its presence is keeping the install from happening. The current download installer reports file corruption. I have tried safe mode delete, unlockers, removers. They all fail.
