Years of bookmarks disappeared from my MacBook Pro. Desperate to get them back.
Please tell me what to do to get the bookmarks back. Up to date Firefox: 147.01. Mac OS Sequoia: 15.5.
I had the Toolbar and Bookmarks Library yesterday. All are gone today. I have already spent much time reading on Mozilla site and Reddit. I will have to go to Safari and work from there.
I will check back periodically to see if I get any help.

I am the person who wrote the above problem. Why would I "post a reply"?
My problem solved itself. I went away and worked on Safari, then came back an hour or two later. Launched Firefox, thinking I could at least start a new tool bar. Voilà! My bookmark Library is there! I have no idea what happened for the bookmarks to come back.
