Firefox 115 ESR currently at 115.32.0esr is the most current Firefox you can run on the eol Windows 7. Firefox 116.0 and later requires Windows 10, 11 to run.
Firefox 115.33.0esr is the last planned update unless Mozilla decides before then to continue with more updates yet again.
