If says that mozilla can't update because it doesn't support windows xp and windows vista, but I have windows 7 so why doesn't it update 7 either????

NT 5.1 is Windows XP so either you have modified your UA for some reason or the most likely case is you are running Firefox 115 ESR in Windows XP compatibility mode for some reason.

Firefox 115 ESR is the most current you can run on Windows 7, 8, 8.1 as Firefox 116.0 and later supports Windows 10, 11.
