Firefox View is not a normal tab, but is a hidden tab as you can see if you click the "List all tabs" down arrow at the far right of the Tab bar. The only way to reach this page is by using keyboard navigation to reach its toolbar button and activate it. You can possibly move it to the position right next to the location bar, so you only need a few tab presses after using "Ctrl+L" to select the location bar.

Ignore the existing Firefox View tab and create a new one. Visit about:firefoxview-next in the address bar, pin the tab and drag it to the left-most position. Press Ctrl+1 to activate it.

Doesn't using the about URI give issues in (permanent) Private Browsing mode ?

Well you finally make something useful as this even it is super rudimentary, but don't even include hotkey for it... Alt+d is better than cltr+L BTW

I used to have 3000 peak tabs when reading philosophy 16 hours day, now i am demented because executive dysfunctions, don't have money to hire programmer for every single thing...
