I had to reset my laptop, which had firefox account, syncronised to my phone and tablet. Syncronisation code does not work.

I have a laptop, phone and tablet; all syncronised to each other via firefox. I had to reset my laptop (windows) due to a problem with office. When I try to reset my bookmarks on my laptop, I get an autorisation code, which never works. Probably due to the fact that my laptop has a new identity. So I cannot sync. Although the account exists . Please help.

Are you connecting to Sync on the web? https://accounts.firefox.com/signin

Are you getting the authorization via that laptop? Or are you using a code you got from a different device?

i connect to sync on the web and get authorisation via mail in my inbox.

If so, are you doing a copy and paste of that code? Or are you typing it in?
