Windows 10 updated itself on laptop, now unable to open Firefox browser. msg says Firefox is open, close option does nothing. How can I clear this please?
Hi, since Windows 10 updated itself on my HP laptop my default browser Firefox won't open, a small window pops up saying Firefox is already open & I must close it...I click on the 'close' button but it does nothing,. How can I clear it? Thanks
