When I try to create an account, I get "unexpected error"
Same result, no matter what device I use. I even tried to create an account using Chrome on my phone, still got "unexpected" error. I think the account actually was created, since I tried resetting the password and got an email saying the reset was successful, but I still get the same error no matter what device or browser I use.

I think there is a problem on the back end server right now. If I try a fake login on the following page, I get Unexpected Error instead of the usual kind of message (i.e., your email address or password is incorrect):
