Hey Gang,

Sooooo, this is Driving Me Nuts!!!

Facebook.com is Redirecting to https://business.facebook.com/business/loginpage/ after I log in.

I have LITERALLY tried everything to fix this (and I'm no noob)!!!! It's not a Plugin or Extension, it's not related to HTTPS over DNS or any Browser Privacy Settings; not a Cookie or any Saved Site Setting, nor is it anything in My Antivirus or Windows 10 Registry (I purged EVERYTHING!). Nothing in the Hosts File, etc etc etc....

It was working until whatever update I did, and it works fine in Opera and Chrome as well as on another PC with a fully patched FF Browser.

Any Ideas or a Solution would be EPIC, I am ALMOST out of options and I'm all Grepped Out....TIA!

I am reaching out for technical support regarding an issue I encountered after attempting to update Firefox from version 11.5 to 20+ (ESR) for macOs 10.15.7 Catalina. I have saved a back-up of all original files before attempting the update. The update did not take effect, and I subsequently lost all previously saved bookmarks and passwords on Firefox. I have also disabled all restrictions, including ad blockers, "Recommend extensions as you browse," and "Recommend features as you browse."

I successfully imported my bookmarks from an HTML file into Chrome, which worked on the first attempt, and they are now saved there. Despite this, I have been working with AI for the past few days to troubleshoot various steps without success.

Currently, Firefox is unable to save anything in "Favorites," including recent "Log-ins & Passwords" nor can I upload bookmarks: Export from Chrome or from my hard drive.

Whenever I try to upload, the process stalls and never finishes. While I successfully imported saved logins from Chrome, Firefox does not recognize any bookmarks, and I am still using version 11.5 despite Firefox indicating that I am up to date.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues.

Update: Every time I restart my computer everything gets lost all over again and having to start from scratch.

There is an audio startup delay that persists on all websites and is present only in Mozilla. Apparently this problem is a decade old: https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/39mrox/firefox_html5_audio_delay/ I couldn't find a long-term solution. So far I've Cleaned cache of all websites; Turned off the hardware acceleration and restarted Firefox;

Also this problem sometimes randomly disappears, but only until the next restart when it shows itself again. I don't know what to do because I literally can't use some websites in Firefox

I used Firefox almost since its inception. But I stopped using it when one of my games on Facebook kept asking to upgrade flash player in order to play. I know that flash player is no more and the problem likely lies with the game but I can play the game on every other browser without that message so finally I stopped using Firefox. Is there a setting I can use so that I can go back to my favorite browser and play my game with it also?

Hi, I have problem with sound in Firefox, there is no sound. I even tried looking in Windows settings but in volume mixer there is no Firefox. I can't listen to anything. I tried to listen something not only on youtube but also other social media and other sites. All drivers aare updated. Do you have any ideas what's wrong and how i can fix it?

I have downloaded several files, but when I go to my finder folder to find them in dowloads or documents, where I saved them, they do not appear. On firefox downloads page, half successfully downloaded but half say "moved or missing". Finding conflicting info about this online. Why does this happen and can I recover the files?

Since updating to Sequoia on my Mac Mini, I have been getting thr folloeing error: Document Expired This document is no longer available. The requested document is not available in Firefox’s cache.

   As a security precaution, Firefox does not automatically re-request sensitive documents.
   Click Try Again to re-request the document from the website.

I do not get it on my MacBook with Sonoma. Please advise,

A few weeks ago I noticed that my bookmarks have started changing the order that I list them. In the past the bookmarks always stayed in the exact order I put them. Now everyday, they change. It drives me crazy! How do I stop that?

Firefox keeps crashing when I click on a video and I've lost sound about 2 weeks ago. I've looked at everything I can find (Don't have a lot of experience with what to look for). I have considered going back to last Firefox download but don't know if that would help or how to do. I did also reinstall Firefox without removing this on that I have all set up. I've gone back to the original Firefox (using now) since it was not deleted. Hopefully, I didn't make things worse. Please help! Thank you!

In my windows Firefox 'roaming folder I have a Firefox profile. Within that folder I have a Profile folder which looks similar to it's parent folder.

Can anyone explain or is this an error?

I use Firefox and Thunderbird for Windows and Android, they are my favorites, now I have been struggling with problems in the Firefox browser for Windows 7 with the Logitech G560 sound. Firefox is the only browser that doesn't work with Logitech G560, all of the competition works, I've read articles with the same problem on Logitech that can't solve the problem, because the problem is the Firefox browser, only this one doesn't produce sound from YouTube, Spotify and more ... Test to detect the problem and resolve it by updating Firefox, don't come up with experimental solutions because they don't exist. I'm waiting for help, thank you.

For several weeks every time I try to download an attachment (docx, pdf, jpg) from gmail, Firefox freezes and I have to force quit firefox. I'm on a 2019 Mac with 16 GB RAM and 512 SSdisk, running Macos 12.4 (Monterrey). I keep hoping the next firefox update will fix the problem but I just did another without success. Computer rebooted multiple tijmes. Solution is always just go to Chrome and it works no problem. Thx, Richard

Hi, i can access the website https://robertsspaceindustries.com/ but i can't login since 2 months now, i've waited numerous updates but nothing is working and i'm switching to opera to get it work.

When can i expect a fix or does the issue come from the website itself ?

I am located in Israel, but have set my default display language to English.

Over the past few weeks, when I go from the Google search page (my home screen in Firefox) to Gmail, the "select account" screen displays in Hebrew rather than English. Once I've selected an email account, however, the display reverts to English.

This is a minor annoyance, as I can easily navigate the Hebrew page, but it is a recent change, and I can find no explanation for it.

I have checked to see whether the problem occurs in another browser (Chrome) and it does not.

Any help would be appreciated

I want to run Firefox Translation on a computer without access to the Internet. When I select Download languages for offline translation, where are the models saved? I want to save the models on a computer connected to internet and move them to the stand-alone computer without internet access.
