Spectrum recently updated their email systems and Firefox can no longer be used to check Spectrum webmail email accounts. I used to be able to go directly to the webmail but now they make you log into your Spectrum account to get to the email accounts and there is something about Firefox that is not up to their security standards. I am running Windows 7 with the latest Firefox that will work in 7. I am also running the Brave browser on Windows 7 and that works with the new Spectrum system. I prefer using Firefox over Brave so could you please correct whatever deficiency exists in Firefox to make it compatible with Spectrum webmail?

FYI, Firefox on my Windows 10 machine has the same issue.

I just had a firefox tab with a pop up asking me to try ai features... my options were "yes" or "maybe later". How do I stop the slop sales? I want ZERO pop ups... from Mozilla or anyone else! I didnt see settings that would disable mozilla sales pop ups - is there some way to turn these off permanently? I have already turned off the ai features. Really appreciate any suggestions!

I just set up firefox on my personal computer, but am having problems changing my primary email from my work email (gina.axsom@mccormickbarstow.com) to my personal email (gaxsom@gmail.com). How do I import *.ICS file in a reasonable amount of time. I have appointments in an ics file of less than 1 K in size, typically 700 - 800 bytes in size and they take HOURS to import and do not connect properly then to allow editing the appointment. This is from Baylor Scott and White, a major hospital system in Texas. If there is a problem with the imported file structure, please point me to the correct file structure. I like Thunderbird, but this part of the calendar is very frustrating. Clarence

I am new to a Mac (1 year now) and am trying to make Thunderbird work for me as I have not been happy with other mail clients. I am struggling through a few things.

I like to navigate by keyboard if possible. In the Calendar tab using a month or multi week view, the "[" and "]" move month by month or week by week in multi-week view. How do I move to the next day or two using the keyboard?

None of the topics suggested fit. I'm having trouble with getting extensions on toolbars. In the customize toolbars window there's a toolbar at the very top of the page that starts with mail, calendar, addressbook, etc. Just for example, the Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar extensions are in that toolbar, but I can't move them to another toolbar and that toolbar disappears when I close the Customize page (either way) and I haven't been able to find a way to get it displayed in other places. That toolbar is very similar to the toolbar that appears on the left side of the Thunderbird window, but that one doesn't include the extra extension buttons that I mentioned above.

Some people in various places have suggested that customizing Thunderbird toolbars is done the same way as in Firefox. But I haven't been able to find a puzzle piece icon anywhere.

By the way, I used to be able to add more toolbars, which I found to be an attractive concept, although that implementation didn't always work so well.
