Why is they no kiswahili on translate

Firefox Translations currently supports only a specific list of languages, and Kiswahili (Swahili) is not currently included. Adding another language requires Mozilla to add support for it to Firefox Translations.

If you would like to request Kiswahili support, you can post or vote for the request on Mozilla Connect. That is the appropriate place for feature requests such as adding another translation language.

If you mean translating Firefox itself into Kiswahili rather than translating webpages, let us know, as that is a different language feature.
