Suddenly, Firefox can't find the internet. DuckDuckGo has no problem finding it. What happened to Firefox?

Firefox is my default browser. Today I attempted to access several different sites and I keep getting a message that Firefox can't find the site. My other browsers have no trouble at all. Something went awry with Firefox. Is it beyond my puny actions to resolve? Do I need to reload Firefox somehow? I can't back anything up because I don't have access to it in the cloud. What am I to do?

Could you a) confirm the Fx version and b) provide a site URL you are having problems with.

Reload?? You mean uninstall and re-install ??

If you do that a) you can make a backup via the settings GUi and b) If you do uninstall FX Close Windows via the [Restart] option before you reinstall
