clean this . I suffered 2 days incapacity of Orange on my desk, since I was obliged to reinstall fire fox et nowaday, fire fox could't joyn my banks

You reinstalled Firefox and have a problem since, is that it?
Now and then, exactly how did this arise i.e. before and after the install?
What type of re-install how did you do that, i.e. did you keep the same Profile, and do you have other Profiles?
The reason I ask is that it is often the case that 'old' cookies ans site data can conflict with signing in so it is an idea to clear such for any website you are having problems with.
You first words 'clean this' ? No one here can access you computer to sort out any conflicts that have built up.
If this is Orange Mobile etc. are you saying you can't access the site or can't login?
