I can’t upgrade to a paid VPN Subscription
I’ve subscribed to the VPN for a year or two, then it stopped renewing! Tried to reestablish connection but to no avail.

Actually Mozilla VPN is one of the premium products and it gets its own personal support. In order to file a ticket for a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, if your Mozilla account still has an active subscription to route you to the paid support, you can use this link.
