- Please describe "will not open". You mean the program won't start at all?
- Please show a screen shot of the error message.
- What is your operating system?
- Did this coincide with an OS or Thunderbird upgrade?
This is a curious error message because there IS no version 152.0.4 . Are you referring to a beta version? Version 152.0 and 152.0.1 are able to be upgraded directly to 153.x
thank you. windows 11 . yes will not open. Every time i click to open Thunderbird. that error message comes up. i try and go in from all sides but can not get to thunderbird on my computer. I reloaded it and it seems to be working after 2 days not working . rebooted computer 9 month old lenova lap top.
So, it's working OK now? Was this the first time you rebooted since the error started up? If so, I'm guessing there was some remnant a previous instance of the program running invisibly in the background, and rebooting cleared it out.
