The subscription based Mozilla VPN app requires macOS 13.0 or later according to https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/download/ and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-vpn-compatible-my-device The only other thing I can find in being supported on macOS is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-vpn-rosetta-macos If you are subscribed to Mozilla VPN with the Mozilla Account you used you post this thread then you can post a direct support ticket using https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-vpn which is listed up top at Ask a Question > Mozilla VPN.
