Firefox told me to download firefox when i already did

I tried to add extensions on my Firefox but every time I click, it said to download Firefox. I also tried the delete and download back method and that’s doesn’t work either. Please help

We don't support extensions on ipad due to Apple's restrictions. This app has Safari under the hood, not Firefox.

Is it Firefox on desktop or on iPhone?
