Good evening, I'm going to install the applicatioin because it hasn't been working for several monnths ( it doesn't work anymore ). For exemple , if I want to watch Netflix and the video starts playing , there's no picture, it just loops and the screen is black. I've tried everything turning off the computer, closing Netflix, even Youtube . I'm at a loss. Thank you
