CPanel password doesn’t work
Hey, not sure why but my CPanel email address password doesn’t work despite restarting Thunderbird a few times. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks, Claire

Your e-mail service provider may require an app-specific password (security password, app password) that is different from the password that you use in cPanel.
That message could mean that your username or configuration are wrong too. Your password might be correct. Who is your e-mail service provider?
