quick filter bar disappears from toolbar

I use the quick filter bar all the time, but it keeps disappearing from view, then I have to go to View>Toolbars> Quick Filter Bar to select it again. This happens often. Is there a way of keep this tool visible?

Try this.

Open your TB profile:

- TB menu > Help > Troubleshooting Information

- click the Application Basics > Profile Folder 'Open Folder' button

- close TB

- delete the xulstore.json file in the profile folder

- restart TB
