Greetings, I am trying to get rid of spam and I created a filter and then ran it and all of my inbox emails disappeared. I check the trash and spam folder to no avail. Any suggestions would be of great help. Unfortunately I deleted the filter.

You could try using the search function in Thunderbird Menu -> Tools -> Search Messages or with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + F to see if your filter may have moved your emails to an obscure folder. If that did not help, then unfortunately it looks like your filter may have permanently deleted your inbox emails. In the future, you should consider taking a backup of your emails before applying any future filters.
