Every several months, I get this message when I try to access a saved password.
"Unlock Firefox"
Why does this happen.???
AND WHY CAN'T I SIMPLY CALL A TECH AT FIREFOX TO HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.????
THE TOUBLE SHOOTING ON THIS SITE IS [expletive] RIDICULOUS.

I am going to close this thread as it appears to be a duplicate.
