Email problems
This is Sheila Herman and my email address is: swherman@twc.com. Now, there are two sections (top and bottom) to my email and the top section is gibberish. I need a Thunderbird email address so that I can send a copy of that gibberish page. I did reply to Matt's email with an attachment before I realized that his email address does not accept reply. When the recipient opens my email that page will show up and I want to remove the top section. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards. Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing? There is a button at bottom of response page here on the forum where you can add an attachment. Thank you

I don't see any button at bottom of response page where I can add an attachment. I think if you open your email and print it out, you'll see that gibberish page!

Thanks for your email. Removing "Headers and Footers" seems to do the trick. You have solved my urgent problem successfully.
