CREATING FILTER

I need to create filters but the screen is so large (I cannot resize it) that the command to finish is below the level of my screen. I do not see another way to complete the filter. I go to Message Rules, click on New which takes me to a VERY large Filter Rules screen. I fill in the filter I want but can not set it to work.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

You can resize the window by dragging the edge to make it smaller and then click drag the resulting window up so the bottom buttons show. Or just click on the maximise button which will resize the window to the dimensions of your screen.

Unfortuneately the solution suggested by frisee foes not work for me. The necessary screen content remains hidden below the bottom of the screen..There is no means of sliding the sceen up. There is no slider on this screeen.
