I'm new to Thunderbird so please excuse my ignorance (but everyone was new at one time, weren't they).

When I make a new entry for a business in the my Personal Address Book, all I have is the business name, no specific person.

I have entered the business name as the Display Name but do I also need to put the business name in the "First Name" or "Last Name" field or can I leave them blank?

Put in Display Name to have it as part of the email address display - if that is your intent.
