This has been occurring more and more frequently over the last few months.

Screen shot attached. - This email was sent just fine when attempted on isp website.

I suggest you contact your mail provider and ask them why they are blacklisting you.

The attempt to send using Thunderbird resulted in failure (see attached screenshot) I went to providers website where the email was sent with NO Problem.

The issue seems to be with Thunderbird...

Perhaps I should try deleting and re-installing Thunderbird....!!! ???
