Is it possible to restore web pages and history that were accidentally deleted from my browser?

I accidentally hit the wrong button while going through my settings and deleted at least one hundred web pages that I had kept in my browser that I really need for referencing, and I accidentally deleted the history as well, and I did not have the majority of the pages bookmarked. There's no possible way that I can remember each page, and I need to see if there's any way possible to restore the pages to my browser. As you know, restoring the web pages to the browser takes precident over restoring the history, but having the history restored too would be great. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi

If you have a Firefox account, you may be able to restore that information from a second device that you have synced the account with. Outside of this there is no way that I am aware of to be able to recover that data.
