quarantine folder purpose

I get a folder with quarantine by name and it contains many of my important emails. I constantly move them out but the folder doesn't learn or doesn't care.

What are the rules for an email to be put into inbox/quarantine ? 60.5.1

It is irritating to find email there that was missing or being looked for and not found. This is a big waste of time as I have to go over each and every email in Quarantine as I do in the Inbox. Doubles the task, not in count but in tasks and increases time to process.

How can I opt out or change the rule to discriminate on finer lines.

Please remember to make things easier to use.

If I could actually see the postage stamp sized image I might stand a chance. I tried scaling it. Bad move.

I am guessing that you are either using a Microsoft server that has spam quarantining enabled or you have an anti virus suite that creates such a folder on your mail server. It is not a "Thunderbird thing".

This is the local internet provider that started a new process within a new web software that reads and displays your email on the web. That what we don't use was hiding 2/3 of my email. It requires constant changing because they push it on. Go to the web and change it in my account - wait a week and repeat. Please close this if I can't. Allow it for others if useful.
