Can't log on to my email. Made no changes. Says: Login to server mail.powerxmail.com failed. Help. Can't get emails

Email page shows but asks for password. Won't accept current password. Won't let me change password. Just states that Login to server mail.powerxmail.com failed. Does show current email page but cannot get new emails added to page. Anyone have any advise. I am NOT a techy!!! PLEASE Help.
