Why isn't Netflix streaming on Firefox?

Hi! Since August 24, I haven't been able to stream movies on Netflix. The circle spins and spins, but the movies don't start. I have checked a lot of things and chatted with Netflix twice. My Firefox is up to date and so is my Silverlight plug in. I rebooted my modem. I refreshed Firefox. I cleared Netflix cookies and started over. The movies just aren't streaming.

I tried Safari, and the movies play on Safari. However, I prefer to use Firefox.
