Move app bookmarks into my desktop folders
I don't currently have a working desktop system I have tons of bookmarks I've added on my Android phone that I would love to organize into my desktop bookmark folders. Is there a way of doing it?

This is not really a Firefox for Android question, but I will do my best to help.
On the home screen in Android, long press on one app. You can then drag that app to another place on the screen. If you do this and drag it onto another app, it will "stack" the apps into collections. When you tap on the collection, you will be presented with a choice of the apps that you have put into that "folder". You can read more about how to do this here.
Actually it is a Firefox question. On desktop Firefox, I could move my Android saved bookmarks into my bookmark folders. I no longer have that option and would love to do it via the Android app.

Apologies, I misunderstood your question.
Bookmark management is not yet available for Firefox for Android, but is a feature that may appear in a future release.
