this is not the right solution! I know how to make an auto response ! But the answer comes not in the Russian language , the answer should be ..Hello.. but the letter of the answer comes hieroglyphs ..привет

I determined that the received message (the message created from the template response) displays fine if I select character encoding KOI8-R.
