Tags not working properly.

We have 4 people using the tag function in Thunderbird. We have the tag taxonomy set up identically on each machine. The system has worked great for years but just this last week we have had glitches. One of our team members can tag on his own computer but the other three can't see his tags and he can't see the tags the three of us add to an email.

So it works for three of us but not the fourth. We all have the latest update and have restarted our computers.

Any suggestions?
