I get a box that comes up in thunderbird e-mail and it says to enter my server password but it won't take anything I type in. My server cannot help with this problem. The download circle stays going all the time but this box keeps coming up and I can't get any further. Please I need help asap.

Verify your password using webmail.
Have never used webmail. how do I do that?
You login to your account via browser. Check your email provider's support site for more information.
