I'm trying to sign in to sync one computer with another and although I know my password, it isn't letting me log in.

Unfortunately your question didn't have enough information for us to help you. Please give as much detail as you can:

  1. what android phone or tablet, Android OS version (Kitkat 4.4, jellybean 4.1, lollipop 5), what version of Firefox for Android (36?)
  2. What laptop model? What operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux), what version of Firefox for Desktop (36?)
  3. what you did in detail, what you expected, what happened

I'm using HP laptops, both running the latest version of Firefox as well as Windows 7. I am logged into sync on one HP laptop but cannot log into it on the other laptop. I am also synced to the same account on my Samsung Galaxy 4.
