Re: the rapid new tab issue
I can log onto two of my banking websites with no problems until I ask for a statement to be displayed in a new tab, and that is when the problem starts. I have NO problem on two other bank websites. Their support folks are scratching their heads.

In order to help, we need a bit more information about what is happening.
It sounds like there is an issue when you try to open your online banking system in a new tab. Could you please walk us through the steps you take, what happens, and any error messages you see?
Could you also please take a screenshot of the problem? If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?
